"Making the invisible visible: blogs as memory and collective tool” is the name of the practical webinar that will take place on 26-27 January, with follow-up for a month. The objective is to promote creativity, activity and the use of blogs.
Based on the idea that what isn't mentioned and documented doesn't seem to exist, this initiative underlines the role of blogs as spaces of their own on the Internet, capable of acting as a digital chronicle of activities, reflections, learning and emotions over time. In a context dominated by social networks, blogs appear as an autonomous alternative: an online “room of one's own”, from which each collective decides how, where and with whom to share its content.
The webinar is promoted by the Wonder Commonlands project and will include the participation of Mentxu Ramilo Araujo, researcher in Political Science, Chair of Wikimedia Spain, author of the blog Entangling and promoter of several collaborative publishing projects. She will share her practical experience in creating and managing collective blogs, with a focus on community involvement.
The webinar is free of charge, but requires prior registration on this link.
