Biography
Davide Masoero is an Adjoint Associate Professor of Mathematics at ISEG.
He carries out his main professional at the Faculty of Science of Lisbon University, where he is a Principal Researcher with Aggregation and a member of the executive committee of the Group of Mathematical Physics of Lisbon University.
He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA, 2010) and obtained the Aggregation in Mathematics in 2021 (Lisbon University).
He has been a visitor to the Newton Institute for Mathematical Sciences (Cambridge), the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics, Scuola Normale Superiore (PISA), the University of Sydney, and the Research Institute of Mathematical Sciences (Kyoto).
He publishes regularly in top mathematical journals and has delivered more than 70 talks as an invited speaker.
