The 29 January (Wednesday), ISEG Executive Education will be promoting an Alumni Event for the Strategic Leadership Programme, which is an integrated activity of the strategic leadership program , which is run in conjunction with Columbia Business School.
The speaker for the keynote speaker will be Admiral Gouveia e Melo, on the subject of Leading Selflessly, followed by Joana Santos Silva, the CEO of ISEG Executive Education. The event will also include The Power of Yes, and will close with Yes And..., an interactive workshop with guest participants.
The Alumni event promises to be an afternoon full of networking opportunities and inspiring insights. It is scheduled to start at 14.30, in ISEG's Salao Nobre Great Hall (4th Floor of the Quelhas Building).

On 15 January, at 15.00, in Auditorium 2 (Quelhas), there will be an Explanatory Session on the Contest for Exploratory Research Projects in All Scientific Fields, 2024.
FCT recently published a Notice with a Call for Exploratory Research Projects, 2024, for which deadline of 25 February, 2025.
The objective of this contest is to provide funding for exploratory projects (PEX) in all scientific areas, with a particular focus on innovative proposals. The financing is destined for researchers who are starting out on their careers, or original ideas and concepts that are highly novel and show the potential to disrupt previous research carried out by more experienced researchers.
The maximum funding available is €60,000, with a duration of 18 months.
Applications may be made on the MyFCT platform.
During the session, the form, cost model, and application instructions will be explained.
