EWMD Portugal - Seminar "Competitive Advantage and Leadership"

EWMD Portugal - European Organization for the Development of Women's Management Skills - is organizing its 3rd Seminar "Competitive Advantage and Leadership", with the following guest speaker Prof. Dr. José Manuel Veríssimo.

Top management is made up of managers responsible for formulating and implementing strategies in organizations. These leaders do this by trying to influence the entire team to voluntarily and enthusiastically achieve the organization's mission.

Since leadership is decisive in defining an organization's purpose, competitiveness and profitability, is it possible that the beliefs of managers affect the performance and competitive advantages of organizations?
