On 30 September, at 18.00, ISEG-Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Universidade de Lisboa, will be showing 'Memories in Exile', a documentary about research into the adaptation, resilience and innovation strategies of internally displaced people in Nigeria affected by Boko Haram. The documentary is written by CEsA/ISEG researcher Research Cosmas A. Ba-Ana-Itenebe (producer and author) and Deji Akinpelu (director).
This special movie screening is part of the Development Studies Seminars, which, since 1991, have promoted the dissemination of research carried out within the framework of the Master's Degree in Development and International Cooperation and the PhD in Development Studies.
The screening will include a discussion with the authors' participation, which will be a unique moment for those attending.
The entire ISEG community is invited to take part in this initiative.
The event will take place in Auditorium 2 (ISEG, Quelhas).

How are ESG criteria (Environment, Social and Governance) shaping access to finance and how does the SIBS ESG platform simplify this process? Come and find out at 9.30 on 25 September, in the Palácio das Galveias Library.
This meeting will focus on the role of ESG in the financial sector, the main demands placed on banks and how the SIBS ESG platform can simplify the collection, management and reporting of information - strengthening the link between sustainability, transparency and access to finance.
There will also be space for practical cases, clarification of doubts and debate on the challenges and opportunities for sustainable finance in companies of different sectors and sizes, allowing participants to take with them applied knowledge and practical tools to implement ESG in their organisations.
This meeting, organised by Lisbon City Council, with the support of ISEG, will be moderated by Professor Victor Barros (ISEG).
