Creative Leaders Conference brings Organizational Innovation expert to Lisbon

Ralph Kerle, one of the world's authorities on Strategic Innovation, on IBM's "100 Global Creative Leaders" list, will be in Lisbon on June 27th for the "Creative Leaders Conference".
Organized by Butterfly, a company dedicated to promoting innovation and creativity, the conference is aimed at senior managers and innovation directors and focuses on knowledge of tools for generating and managing ideas, team involvement in innovation projects and measuring results.
Another Keynote Speaker will be Paulo Soeiro de Carvalho, Municipal Director of Economy and Innovation at Lisbon City Council.
The day before, on the 26th, Ralph Kerle will lead a workshop for senior managers. In this session, participants will learn how to develop individual creative leadership skills, identify the creative flow that drives growth and value, and identify the behavioral styles of an innovative leader.

" Ralph Kerne, a specialist in Global Innovation Strategy, elected by IBM as one of the world's 100 Global Creative Leaders. He is responsible for developing the Management Innovation Index, which signals and measures organizational innovation.
" Paulo Soeiro de CarvalhoPaulo Carvalho is the Municipal Director of Economy and Innovation at Lisbon City Council and a university professor. Paulo Carvalho is responsible for the areas of strategy for economic development, investment, entrepreneurship, innovation and strategic clusters. He is also the scientific coordinator of the postgraduate course in "Foresight, Strategy and Innovation" at ISEG.
