Next Wednesday, March 19th, the Digital Transformation Strategy Council of 'ISEG Alumni Económicas' promotes the session-debate 'Cybersecurity in the Business World', which will take place in Auditorium 2 (Edifício Quelhas, Piso 2), between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
The event's keynote speaker will be Luís Ribeiro, member of the Board of Directors at IoD Portugal Defense, with the discussion panel consisting of António Bacalhau, Security Lead at Accenture, Sérgio Nunes, Professor at ISEG and founding member of AP2SI and Mário Rui Marques, Head of Security Operations at CGD (Caixa Geral de Depósitos). The moderator will be Bruno Horta Soares, Advisor and Professor at ISEG Executive Education.

On March 15th (Saturday), ISEG's Auditorium 2 will host the Colloquium 'The Revolution and the Economy', which will analyze the impact of the 25th of April, 1974 on the economy and politics, with a focus on the background and legacy of the revolutionary experience.
The colloquium will feature three debate panels, composed by historians, economists and experts in social sciences, who will reflect on the following themes: The crisis of the 'Estado Novo' economic model, PREC (the 1974 to 1976 'Ongoing Revolutionary Process'), Economy and Popular Participation and Reflux of the Revolution and the Liberal transition.

It takes place at February 19th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the first of three webinars organized under the European project WONDER Commonlands, by the partners Fundación Entretantos and B.A.BALEX (European Legal Laboratory for Common Goods), with the co-organization of Professor Marta Romero (ISEG).
The "The right to participate: From community to legal instruments in the governance of community lands" will be held online and driven in English, with simultaneous translation into Portuguese with subtitles. If there are a significant number of Portuguese-speaking participants, simultaneous voice translation will be organized.
The project brings together seven European organizations with the aim of promoting the visibility of women in the wastelands and other community lands in Europe.
Participatory tools and processes for community land governance will be discussed, with an emphasis on existing governance systems and the legal instruments applied to traditional communities in the different countries of the consortium. The program includes lectures, presentations of good practices and a workshop space for sharing experiences and building joint proposals to improve the inclusion of women in community land management.

On February 12th, ISEG will host the round table "ESG in Practice: How companies are integrating ESG criteria into business". The event, which will take place at Auditorium 2 (Quelhas), from 17:00 to 18:30will bring together experts to debate the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria into business strategies.
The session aims to explore how companies are turning challenges into sustainable opportunities, promoting value by adopting responsible business practices.
The session will close with a networking moment and coffee break, providing an opportunity for interaction between participants and experts in the field.
