ISEG's 1st Executive Master's Degree starts in September 2026, entirely dedicated to experienced HR professionals who want to transform the way they lead and manage people in their organizations. This is an official master's degree, conferring master's degreeunder Law no. 65/2018.
The Executive Master's program is taught in Portuguese, although it may include some classes in English and/or provide support materials in that language.

This master's degree is aimed at directors, managers and coordinators and specialists in HR and Talent Management with more than 5 years' experience and leaders who face management challenges in a context of constant change - technological, organizational and geopolitical.

The "At the Table with the Future of HR" breakfast series is an initiative promoted within the scope of the Executive Master's Degree, in partnership with SHL Portugal. It is especially aimed at directors, managers, coordinators and specialists in the area of Human Resources and Talent Management, with more than 5 years of professional experience. It is necessary to have a project to be applied in the Final Master's Project.
The final selection of candidates to be admitted is the result of a combination of various factors, weighted differently:
- final average of the 1st cycle (30%);
- interview (30%);
- professional experience, motivation and employer support (if applicable) (40%).
Provisional tuition fees for 2026/27, pending confirmation by the University of Lisbon's statutory bodies.
