ISEG's confidence index calculated for September 2019 e on the evolution of Portuguese economic activity in the short term was 34.8, which corresponds to a slight drop in the Panel's index of confidence in the evolution of the economic situation compared to the previous poll (July). In year-on-year terms, the index fell by 1.4%. The Panel members' consensus on economic developments was maintained.
