Yellow September: Why Is Life Worth Living?

Yellow September is Suicide Prevention Month, dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of mental health, prevention, and the value of life.

Over the course of three days, the University of Lisbon invites its students to answer a simple question that has many possible answers:

Why is life worth living?

It could be a person, a place, a memory, a dream, a song, a moment, or a small, everyday thing. Your response might inspire someone.

Add your voice to this campaign and share it your reason for believing that life is worth living.

September 22–24 | 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

The initiative will be held at various schools and venues across ULisboa:

September 22 — University City Campus
School of Law, School of Humanities, School of Dental Medicine, School of Psychology, Institute of Education, School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, and School of Nursing.

September 23 — Other campuses and Cantina Velha
Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Human Kinetics, ISEG, Técnico ULisboa, and Cantina Velha.

September 24 — Ajuda Campus
