Characterization and Objectives of the Program
The Career Development Programme is a program aimed at developing career management and active job search skills, providing a suitable transition in the shortest possible time.
Its main objectives:

Developing more competitive and professional behavior, leading each student to differentiate themselves from other candidates.

Understand the main requirements and demands of a recruitment process and develop the appropriate postures, attitudes and speeches.

Understand which skills are valued by employers in each sector of activity and how to demonstrate them in a recruitment process.

Increasing self-knowledge, identifying skills, strengths, interests and priorities for their professional lives and, based on these, developing and implementing personal marketing strategies with a view to obtaining the job they want.

Learn about the most effective tools and techniques when searching for a job.

Develop career management skills.
Recipients
The Career Development Programme is aimed primarily at graduates of Master's courses, although other students wishing to develop career management and active job search skills may also be admitted.
Program Organization
The Career Development Programme takes place on Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and starts on April 8, 2015. The program consists of 8 sessions, each lasting 2 hours. The program will have the following content:
