ISEG Leadership Bootcamp (2nd Edition)

After the success of the first edition of the ISEG Leadership Bootcamp, we have finally announced the second edition!

On the March 2nd, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.join other master's students in an immersive experience aimed at developing leadership skills that are crucial for the job market.

On February 23, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., there will be a session of kick-off in Auditorium 5 of the Novo Quelhas.

In this bootcamp you will be challenged to identify your potential as a leader and to put skills such as empathy, vision, creativity, communication, adaptability and change management into creative practice

The program of activities will be as follows:

- Welcome
- Presentation
- Group warm-up
- Improvisation techniques in a leadership context: 
o Confidence
o Accepting offers
o Listening and attention
o Act with presence
11h00Coffee Break (Novo Quelhas)
11h15- Dividing groups and creating scenes
- Essay
13h15Lunch (Rooftop)
14.30- Essay
- The protagonists of the leadership process:
o The character of the leader
o Communication skills in leadership
17.00- Scene presentation
- Debriefing
6pmClosing of activities. Social hour and cocktail (Rooftop)

If you are a master's student at ISEG or another ULISBOA school, this is the ideal experience for you.

Registration is done through the form here and implies the payment of a registration fee of 30€*. Payment must be made by bank transfer to INSTITUTO SUPERIOR ECONOMIA GESTAO through the IBAN PT50 0035 0371 00000001830 32 and proof of payment must be attached to the registration form, in the designated field.

Places are limited! There is a limit of 60 participants.

*What's included: Participation in the ISEG Leadership Bootcamp, coffee breaks, lunch, cocktail, participation certificate and participant kit.

All the materials you need for the bootcamp you will receive on arrival, at the check-in located on the first floor of the Quelhas building.

This will be a fun day, where your work group will have the opportunity to get to know each other better and, at the end, toast with a very special view at ISEG's Rooftop.

The dress code is comfortable (casual).
