The Solemn Opening Session of the 2009/2010 School Year will be held on November 18, at 3:00 p.m. in the Caixa Geral de Depósitos Auditorium.
In addition to the speeches by the President of the School and the Rector of the Technical University of Lisbon, Professor Miguel St. Aubyn will deliver the Keynote Address, entitled "Measuring efficiency in the public sector with application to universities".
Insignia, diplomas and awards will be presented during the session.
