On 16 October, ISEG will host the Siimgroup Real Summit 2026, an initiative of RE/MAX Siimgroup, held in partnership with ISEG, which brings together experts and professionals for a morning of discussion on the current state and future of the real estate market in Portugal.
Across five panels, topics such as the relationship between real estate marketing and brokerage, the challenges of urban development and housing, the economic and financial trends that may influence the sector’s future, the impact of Artificial Intelligence, and how organizations and professionals are adapting to a constantly changing market will be addressed.
ISEG will also be represented in the program by the Professor João Duque, Full Professor at ISEG, who is participating in the panel “A Current and Future Outlook for the Real Estate and Urban Planning Market in Portugal”, along with Paulo Caiado (Administrator at RE/MAX Siimgroup), António Ramalho (Manager, specialist in banking and finance), and Fernando Santo (Civil Engineer · Member of the Board of the Order of Engineers).
The program also features several professionals and experts, including Paula Fernandes (CEO of RAR Imobiliária), Rui Meneses Ferreira (CEO of Kronos), Pascal Gonçalves (Director of Grupo Libertas), Daniel Henriques (No. 1 Real Estate Consultant in Portugal and Europe), Mafalda Cancela de Abreu (a role model of perseverance and resilience), and António Paraíso (Consultant, professor, and international speaker).
