Time Management: When college doesn't fit into 24 hours
Tests, exams, work, hobbies, friends, family, sport... and the day is still only 24 hours long? If you feel that time is never enough, this workshop is for you.
On 23rd February, from from 10:00 to 12:00, in the Room 208 of the Francesinhas 1 Building, the psychologist Samuel Silva hosts a session dedicated to Time Management, is designed to help students better organize their priorities and reduce academic stress.
In this workshop you will be able to:
- Identify and manage the main distracting factors;
- Establish priorities and make more conscious decisions;
- Know practical strategies for organizing time;
- Share doubts and find solutions tailored to your reality.
A practical and participatory space to regain peace of mind in the midst of academic demands.
