Biography
Sara Gonçalves is a Visiting Assistant Professor and Researcher in the field of Strategic Management. Sara’s research addresses topics such as the appropriation of value co-created by stakeholders, culture and decision-making, innovation processes and stakeholder governance. Recognising the phenomena under study as socially constructed, she primarily chooses qualitative methods that facilitate the exploration of subjective meanings within their natural settings.
