Levantamento Progressivo de Medidas de Contenção motivadas pela pandemia COVID-19

Following the recommendation and clarification given by the MCTES to scientific and higher education institutions, on April 17th, the ISEG prepared a plan for the progressive lifting of containment measures motivated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The principles that have guided the preparation of this plan are to ensure that all current public health and safety rules are followed, and at the same time, to ensure that all ISEG activities - in particular, teaching-learning, evaluation, and research - are being carried out as normally as possible.

It should be noted that the opening will be gradual and the procedures included in the ISEG Contingency Plan for the prevention of human coronavirus infection transmission (COVID-19) remain in place with the caveats that are included in the general measures of the attached document, among which we highlight:

  1. The wearing of masks in ISEG's facilities is mandatory for all members of the
    academic community and users;
  2. Mandatory hand disinfection at the entrance of all buildings;
  3. Compliance with DGS recommendations regarding disinfection with disinfectant solution and hand washing;
  4. Compliance with the rules of social distancing in all ISEG spaces.

It is also important to mention that trips to the ISEG when necessary should be planned avoiding the presence of several people, at the same time, in the offices and whenever possible should be communicated to the email of the Administrator's Office (gabineteadministrador@iseg.ulisboa.pt). In particular, if it is necessary and planned to have teachers and researchers coming regularly to the Miguel Lupi and/or Francesinhas 2 buildings, please communicate this to the email of the Administrator's Office, so that the whole follow-up can be safely prepared.
