Would you like to concentrate better and manage stress and anxiety? Then this might be right for you.

The University Mindfulness Program helps you increase focus and manage stress. It is inspired by contemplative practices and supported by the latest scientific studies.

The program runs from February 13 to May 30.

Registration is limited and open until February 10.

There are 6 schedules available:

  • Monday: Campus Ajuda - 1:30pm to 2:45pm or 6pm to 7:15pm
  • Tuesday: Rectory Campus - from 1:30pm to 2:45pm or from 6pm to 7:15pm
  • Thursday: Online (Zoom) - from 11:00 to 12:15 or from 19:00 to 20:15

We ask that, to ensure the viability of the program, you only sign up if you intend to participate in the classes and do the proposed exercises.
