About ISO14001 - Environmental Management

The certification of environmental management systems, supported by the ISO 14001 reference standard, is an essential tool for organizations that want to achieve greater trust from customers, employees, the surrounding community and society, by demonstrating their voluntary commitment to the continuous improvement of their environmental performance.

About ISO9001 - Quality Management System

ISO 9001 is the most widely-used management systems standard in the world and is the international benchmark for Quality Management Systems Certification, adopting a process-based approach, incorporating the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement, and also integrating risk-based thinking. The main benefits of implementing this standard are: improving the organization's performance; improving the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet both customer requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements; focusing on increasing customer satisfaction; building loyalty and attracting new customers; dealing with risks and opportunities; access to new markets; increasing confidence in the processes of designing, planning, producing the product and/or providing the service; achieving greater notoriety and an improved image in the eyes of the market and society in general.
