Frame Running Open Day

On 12 July, the Universidade de Lisboa's Estádio Universitário de Lisboa opens its doors to adapted sports, promoting the Tricycle Open Day.

This form of adapted athletics is designed for people whose cerebral palsy or motor impairments affect their movement and balance, preventing them from moving on foot or running functionally.

Aimed at all sports enthusiasts and with a view to adapting to and being inclusive to all, Universidade de Lisboa, in close collaboration with the School of Human Motricity, Universidade de Lisboa (FMH) and the Estádio Universitário de Lisboa, will meet the community from 10.00 to 12.00.

This sporting event will be accompanied by FMH faculty, physiotherapists and adapted sports technicians.

Free access, but subject to registration.
