On January 19, 2011, EWMD is organizing a workshop entitled "How to manage female talent - Good practices in Portugal", aimed at Human Resources Managers and Technicians, which will present good practices in the management of female talent that have been successfully implemented in some private and public sector organizations in Portugal. Following the presentation of the cases, a debate will be held with the audience led by a guest moderator in order to share experiences and knowledge on this topic. At the end of the session, the Women's Leadership Programme (WLP) will be presented as a fundamental tool for women who want to develop their management careers and become effective leaders in the organizations where they work.
