ISEG MBA students at the Portuguese Air Force Academy

Leadership & team building

As in previous editions, ISEG MBA students held an intense leadership and team building event this weekend at the Air Force Academy at Sintra's No. 1 Air Base.

In a weekend full of military field tests, not even sleep, tiredness or the cold could discourage the participating teams, who got as involved as possible in the challenges on offer.

The partnership between ISEG and the Portuguese Air Force Academy is already a tradition in the ISEG MBA and has proved to be an important component of the course. The "esprit de corps" worked on in this leadership program positively alters the relationships and dynamics of the MBA students, which becomes more structured, cohesive, supportive and cooperative.

In addition to this activity, other initiatives will also be developed throughout the year with the aim of strengthening leadership and team management skills with MBA students, including the ISEG Sailing Crew (sailing strategy with the Portuguese Navy) and Onstage Training (theater and orchestra conducting workshop).
